How To Do  Meditation



Meditation is a great weapon for anxiety. You can give your best when you are stressfree. if you want to focus on your work  than toy have to do meditation but. Are you confused about how to do meditation? What is there to meditate on? How do you meditate deeply? You will have many questions of this nature on your mind. One possible answer to these questions could be this: By adopting a calm mind and proper sitting technique, you can enter deep into meditation. Here, we will shed light on all these questions of yours and learn how to meditate.




Choose a quiet place in the house: 

A room in the house that has doors and windows and is away from the noise of children and vehicles may be a better choice for you.


Take a chair with a straight waist or a small mat:

 A good seating arrangement does not mean that it is comfortable and you can sleep on it.  Rather choose such a means on which you can sit comfortably for 20 to 30 minutes.



Ensure Light Natural Lighting in the Sitting Area: 

Light white or yellow lighting helps to relax your mind, so a lamp or candle would be a better choice than fluorescent lighting.



Choose a time when you are away from other daily tasks: 

It would be better if you choose early morning or evening time for meditation when the children are sleeping and the phone ringing does not disturb you.

  HOW TO MEDITATE

               

Have the right mindset and patience

Meditation or meditation is a spontaneous action.  While sitting for meditation yoga, if you just think that my attention gets diverted, then your attention will remain on this thing.  Thinking about this will distract you even if you don't want to.  Keep the mind calm with patience, with a little effort regularly, the mind starts feeling.


Meditate regularly

 Practice meditating for 5-10  minutes daily.  Take a deep breath and focus your mind on the movement of your breath with your eyes open or half-closed.  Do meditation regularly so that it becomes a habit.  Habit is an automatic system.  You don't have to think to do habitual actions.



 Each of us is in a kind of meditative posture when we are fulfilling our desired work or hobby.  By meditating on a daily basis, it will become a part of nature and your mind will be saved from the prejudice of meditation.



Give direction to the mind

The mind should be focused  on one thing. Take your breath, think about a positive thought, chant a mantra, visualize some inspirational person or deity that you wish to see in yourself. With this, one learns to control the speed of thoughts or to focus the mind on the desired object. Gradually we can slow down and even stop this speed.




View thought flow -

While meditating, the chain of thoughts keeps running in the mind.  One thought gives birth to a hundred new ideas.  The mind is constantly drowning in it.  The way is that you do not get lost in these thoughts.  

Let's say that thoughts are playing in your mind on a screen and you are a spectator.  Just look at the thought-flow.  Let them come.  Don't get bogged down in an idea and escalate it.

When you focus on an idea, then it becomes powerful. You yourself give him the power to dominate himself. When you don't force it, second and third thoughts will naturally follow. For a few days, ignore them and try to ignore them in similar ways. Gradually, this thought chain will stop.



 Imagination -

Several ideas are conceived in this process. The way to do this is to sit still. Breathing should be slow and long but normal. Similarly, imagine that we are the body, a vessel in which the soul flows. It is like a river flowing continuously through our body. Imagine sitting still, this flow is coming from your limbs towards your head.


As this flow is coming out of your organs, that part is becoming very calm as if there is no life in it. Slowly it comes down to your head. Then looking at the point between the two eyebrows with closed eyes, imagine that this fluid is now concentrating on the same point. Finally, imagine that it is shining like a lighted point. You should be focusing on this point and completely forgetting about the rest of your body.
